Healthy Diet Although the food and drinks that you will find in the Severins Health Nutrition Center are primarily considering healthy diet, you still need to practice good nutrition as well so that you will achieve the best results. A good start is the club sandwich by Severins Fitness. This sandwich has ham, Swiss, turkey, cheddar cheese, tomato and mayonnaise on whole wheat sourdough bread. Then, dip the bread into mayonnaise and spread the mixture on the inside of the sandwich. The ham and cheese will add texture and bulk to your meal, while the mayonnaise will provide you with the vitamins, fat and carbohydrates.
Staying Motivated As much as anything else, you need to keep your motivation up even when you’re not losing pounds. You can do this by keeping a record of everything you’ve done, whether it’s pounds inches, or calories. When you’re looking at the records, keep notes of the foods that you ate as well as the drinks that you drank during the day. This way, you will be able to identify the things that trigger your weight gain or weight loss and use them in your next plan. In time, you’ll become more knowledgeable about what triggers your appetite and how to curb it.
Exercise Regular physical activity is a must in order for you to lose weight. Since exercise triggers the hormone growth, it also helps you shed pounds. Make sure that you take a brisk walk every single day. If you’re always in the car, try jogging or biking every morning. Whatever you choose, make sure that you do it regularly so that you will see the results.
